About Us

The Pepper Pilot is a not just any ordinary barbecue company, but rather a complete culinary experience. The company was started after I visited the islands of Guam, Saipan, and Phonepi and I realized a small little pepper called the "Guam Boonie Pepper". This was one of the best peppers I found, it had a lot of heat and a cool after taste, a pepper that actually was hot with no linguiring hot after taste- wow!.

I knew I found a pepper that everyone would love so I started making some rubs and tried them out of my friends and family. After many comments about the hot pepper taste and how much they liked it, I decided to try some custom rubs out. The rest is history.
